I've designed, short and effective holiday workouts to target waist, hips, and thighs over 28 days beginning November 23 - December 20. It is a complete resistance and cardio program designed to burn fat, increase balance, flexibility and strength.

This is not a workout in a box where you're left without coaching or accountability. I'm going to be active in your day. You don't have to think about what to do. I've planned it all based around the workouts I do myself. And, you don't need any equipment.

Holiday Personal Training Program

You will get a welcome packet to include the 28 day schedule of workouts, starting measurement guide, success journal template, worksheets, and a few more goodies. After an initial short assessment you will have access to your private login where your workouts will be stored.

Lastly, I will be checking in with your small group each day to support you when your neighbor delivers the plate of holiday cookies. Additionally, I'll keep you accountable to your workouts each day through small group email. All correspondence will be through email except for the optional hotline coaching calls.

Peace of Mind - I've done all the planning for you. You simply need to follow the fitness protocol and be active in posting your daily workout victory to achieve impressive results averaging 8 inches and 10lbs lost

Exercise - You'll get 4 different workouts: 2 full body resistance workouts, one short cardio blast workout and one flexibility and core workout. Each workout will be completely detailed with full animation, audio and written specifications.

Nutrition - Access to my Online Personal Training Club for free! Enjoy what my paying club members use to track workouts, follow menus based upon specific calorie requirements and print shopping lists. I'll also be giving you access to some of my healthy recipes.

Team Accountability - Participate in Ashley's small group mentoring (15 people). You'll receive motivational emails, frequent challenges to step up your game, and her daily check-in. You'll love being in a community of people excited to look and feel hot for the holidays!

What's does this cost?

I'm glad you asked! My clients that train with me in my boot camps for 12 sessions pay $200 for 28 days. If you were to work with me privately for 28 days it would be significantly more. The Holiday Personal Training Club investment is $99 until 9:00pm PDT on Thursday, November 20. After that time, the cost will be $149. because my team will have to do extra fast work to get everyone set up. And, you keep the 4 workouts forever ($220 value).

Why am I offering so much value for less than one private session? It's simple. I have this God given talent for coaching and encouraging people to make significant transformations. And, I need to share it with as many people as I can as my gift this year.
