Where will your fitness be in one month if you're NOT in boot camp?

There will be a $5 fee assessed for late payments (after 1st meeting).

Policies - We don't reschedule or provide make ups. This is a set program fee. Drop-ins are reserved for first-timers, only - for several reasons. Email me if you need them. Modest workout attire required.

Note: this program is not intended for joint replacement, pregnant women, or heart condition participants.

If you are a new boot camper, you will receive health waiver, which is to be turned in on the first day.
